Easter 2011
Well it's now April and I still am slow with my posts. The boys have enjoyed having their dad home. Wyatt is loving school and is having a graduation in May. We can't wait for this summer we have a lot of things planned. Brock is growing like a weed and has all but caught up to Wyatt in size. Casey is back to work with U.P. and is working hard for an internship. We had a blast conference weekend with all our friends. Casey enjoyed priesthood with the guys and I got to have some "girl time" with my friends. Wyatt is now playing T-ball and has had 3 games so far he loves to show the others what he has learned from his grandpa and uncles, of course my kid would be the only one who knows how to hit the ball without the "T". He also throws the ball harder than anyone. I took some pictures of the boys in the fall and wanted to post them so here they are.

The Busy Life
It's been a while and so much has happened, Casey has come and gone again. I can't tell where he went. All I can say is he is deployed, apparently it's supposed to be"Top Secret" information! He is supposed to be back in the fall and it is yet again a summer he is missing. Well trying to keep busy is not hard, Wyatt has started Preschool at Summit Academy and is having a blast. He has always wanted to go to school and loves learning all he can, I think he takes after Grandma Nancy! Brock is enjoying the time with mom and loves taking trips to the store because he knows he has mom wrapped around his pinkie. We are at Grandmas and Grandpas a lot and are learning about how to plant a garden and watch it grow, the boys are already enjoying the fruits of their labor. Brock is my tomato man and is always looking for the bright red ones under the plant. The garden looks beautiful as always.

Happy Holidays
Casey is coming home for Christmas and the boys are so excited to see him. We spent Thanksgiving at the parent's house this year. The boys had a great time with their great grandmother, she decided that they are "really rambunctious". I hope this Christmas season has everyone in a giving mood because I have seen a lot of selfishness going on this year! I think that giving is what this season is all about and of doesn't matter if it is just a friendly gesture or a smile you give someone passing you while you shop. I am so grateful that I am able to have my family together for the holidays this year because you never know when that could be taken away from you! Wyatt and Brock cannot wait for the day they get to talk to Santa Clause. I told them they had to wait for their dad to get home and that they should write out a list to give to him. Well of course they couldn't wait to do that so they volunteered Grandpa Brad to help them write out their lists. Grandpa of course told them about the naughty list and that they would get a lump of Cole if they were bad. Knowing my boys they don't think having a rock for Christmas is that bad because they will play with anything! So Happy holidays to all and do something good for others!

Happy Halloween
The boys went out with their grandpa and uncle to go tick-or-treating and had a blast. The Draper neighborhoods are very gracious with their candy. The boys made a Hall! The week before Halloween they did a dry run in my parents pantry. Josh hid inthey pantry while the boys knocked on the door and yelled Trick-Or-Treat! Josh popped out and would put a fruitsnack in their makeshift Halloween bag (a grocery sack). They were so exited they wanted to go every day. Every time the sun would go down Wyatt would tell me that it was time for trick-or-treating. I had to convince him that it wasn't that far away and we would go out another day. Needless to say that did not go over well with a kid who would rather eat candy than go to sleep!

Well I guess I have now got the blogging bug. I am now not the last person on the face of the earth to have a blog. With Casey being gone for so long I needed some other way to comunicate with the people in my life. All I ask is that you bare with me and give me advice on just how I can make this blog better because I have no idea what I am doing. Me and technology don't mix!
Casey has been in the Air Force for the last four months and has completed the boot camp portion of his training. He is now in the phase that they call "tech training". It has been stessful not having him around, but the boys and I are surviving because of all the help I getting from my family and Casey's mother.
Casey comes home for Christmas for two weeks and we are counting down the days. He will be done with his training at the begining of February. I hope to post some pictures of the family to let everyone see how the boys are doing and how busy they keep me.
